I've been a bad picture taker; this c-section stuff stinks! I promise more when I'm feeling not so sore.

special delivery

Graham Keaton Willhelm was born on 9/9/07 at 12:52 pm. He gave us quite a scare, first with an emergency c-section and then with complications after birth, but we are all home now and recovering wonderfully. More to come, but here are two pictures. Here he is in his oxygen hood, and then finally meeting big sister. I'll be beginning a new blog, so I'll post a link to that when I am feeling better and everyone is fed :) Thanks to everyone who prayed for us in the past few days!

I just got done editing this family's photos, and I came across these two pictures that I wanted to share. I had trouble getting the little guy to smile (that age group is hard it seems), but I came across this one that I didn't even realize that I had.


And I know mom wanted to capture some of her and her kids just being silly...

Even though it was really really hot tonight mommy and daddy took me out for a birthday stroll. If you had seen me, you would have known that I turned two today, because when mommy and daddy took me back inside I threw a really big fit, complete with body throws and screaming. :)



I wish mommy and daddy would let me get a little closer to that water fountain!

I thought this one looked very vintage; at first I thought oh darn, I got the gas can in it, but now I kind of like that it is there so I decided against PS'ing it out.

happy birthday to me

Today my grandmas and grandpas and aunts and uncles came over for my birthday party. My birthday isn't officially until Wednesday, but they helped me ring it in a few days early. Mommy made me a Mickey Mouse cake (she kept saying something about Mickey being a little un-caucasian b/c she got the color wrong, but I'm not sure what that means). I got a little bit embarrassed and shy when everyone sang to me, but then I got to blow out my candles, and then I got to blow out my candles again...and again...and again, all by request of course. I loved that part. I got so many neat things, strollers to push my babies, lots of toys, and my very own tricycle. I've been asking for one of those for a long time and I love it. I can't wait until I can reach the pedals! Neither can daddy; his back is probably a little sore!

Another steal from Once Upon a Child! Love this dress; it's really for the fall I think since it came with a sweater, but who can wait to try this on their baby?

Evie did a lovely job taking this one. She's just getting so good with the camera. Actually what you don't see here is our mad dash to sit down after we set the timer. Maybe we can talk a nice neighbor into taking one for us soon!



This one just cracks me up. She can instantly turn on her serious face with no problem.
