"Today I'm going to show you how to eat a Valentine's Day cupcake. My mommy made these 'for my daddy' (she's not fooling anyone...everyone knows my mommy loves cupcakes herself) and I 'helped'. And by 'helped' I mean that I took a bite of a cupcake, along with the paper, and ate it while my mommy was icing the rest of the cupcakes. The cupcake shown here has red hots on it, which I discovered are very yummy."

Evie loves this dog. It's the closest thing to a real dog she may ever have. Just to let you know, she did not get hurt during the filming of this video.

Last week at Jen's I couldn't believe that Connor was able to climb up onto the chairs and onto the kitchen table. I was relieved that my baby had no desire to do that. Well today my luck changed, and Evie wanted to do nothing but climb onto the table. It scares me a lot. But I did have to get a picture of it before I put my law enforcement hat on. I wonder if Evie saw Connor doing this and thought it would be fun? :)

Thanks to dSpence, Evie had something to wear on blue Friday. Thanks, buddy! We picked up Daddy at work and took Evie to Chipotle, where they were having free blue-ritos for anyone who was wearing blue. Blue-ritos as big as your head! Evie didn't want any though, so she settled for a banana when we got home.

Evie and I had a playdate today with Jen Sherrick. It was a lot of fun and so nice to get out, since we've been hermits trying to avoid frostbite lately. Jen may post some pictures later of Evie and her youngest, Connor, who is a day younger than Evie. What a good looking little guy. Here are some pictures of Jen and her middle child, Christian. I figured she doesn't have very many of these.
